Must have prior kayaking experience!
Kayaks will be available to rent or you can bring your own. Bring a change of clothes if you’d like to have dinner together in Saugerties after!

We developed Yoga School as a way to give you a way to learn what yoga teachers know , even if you never want to teach yoga! But if you do want to teach ( to your family , friends, in a studio) this 5 day intensive is a great way to deepen your practice and learn the basic of yoga to be a more informed practitioner.
